Katherine Gibson is the principal of Gibsons Law, an experienced business and privacy
lawyer, who regularly advises on corporate and commercial matters, data protection,
contracts, governance matters and legislative compliance.

Katherine advises start-up business as well as established organisations across a range of
industries including financial services, online information service providers, health IT service
providers and retailers.

Katherine also regularly assists clients when undertaking PIAs, reviewing their data
protection practices and establishing and managing privacy programs and advising on
managing data breaches. Katherine  is CIPP/E and CIPM certified.
